Dryly Receiver

The Dryly Receiver is the “brain” of the Dryly bedwetting alarm. Its function is making sure your child wakes up in case of a night-time accident by making an alarm sound. Your child will wake up and can quickly go to the bathroom to pee.

The receiver is connected to your home network and all the information is collected in the Dryly app. When your child wets the bed, the receiver receives a signal from the transmitter. In a matter of seconds the alarm in your app will go off so that you can get up and offer your child the best possible support.

For most children, the Dryly Receiver is hidden in the back of Wizzu the panda. If the child wets the bed, the child is woken up by an alarm sound coming from the receiver. It is not very pleasant be woken up by a loud noise in the middle of the night! Because of that, we have put an accelerometer in our Dryly receiver.

When your child is awake, he or she can turn off the alarm by giving Wizzu a big hug. Wizzu will register the movement created by the hug and the alarm will turn off.
