The bedwetting alarm is a scientifically proven method

The app (mobile application) is available in the App Store and in the Google Play Store. Click the buttons below to download the Dryly® app. When you have downloaded the app and ordered the bedwetting alarm, you can start setting up and using our system.

Installing Dryly bedwetting alarm for the first time

Installing the Dryly app takes about three minutes. Here you need the receiver, the transmitter and the Dryly app which you can download for free from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

This'll come in handy if:

  • You can use an extra helper to install the Dryly® bedwetting alarm.

Pay attention:

  • The receiver only transmits the Wizzu Wi-Fi network for the first two minutes it is on!
  • Does the receiver generate an error code? Click here to see what this means

Step-by-step plan:

Download the app and create an account

  1. Download the Dryly® app
  2. Click on “Create an account”
  3. Enter the name of the child who is going to use the Dryly® bedwetting alarm and press “OK”.
  4. Enter the date of birth and gender of your child and press “Save”.
  5. Read the text and indicate when you are ready

Connecting the receiver to your Wi-Fi network

  1. Do you have the Dryly® transmitter, receiver and your Wi-Fi login information near you? Press “Check, let’s get started”
  2. Read through the steps carefully
  3. Turn on the receiver. Is it already on? Turn it off and on again.
  4. Click”Next Step”
  5. Click on “Connect to Wizzu”
  6. Does your phone ask if it should connect to “WIZZU”? Press “Connect”
  7. Wait until your phone is properly paired to the Wizzu Wi-Fi network
  8. Select your home network
  9. Enter the password of your home network and press “Ok”.
  10. Wait until everything is set correctly
  11. If the receiver is successfully connected to the Internet, it will say”Wizzu is successfully connected”

Connect transmitter to receiver

  1. Do you have the Dryly® transmitter and receiver handy? Press “Check, let’s get started”
  2. Hold the transmitter logo against the NFC square of the receiver
  3. The receiver indicates “Transmitter successfully connected” if a connection has been made

Personalize Wizzu

  1. Press “Ready, now let’s dress up Wizzu”
  2. Let your child personalize Wizzu with his/her first points!

Silencing the Dryly mobile app

In the Dryly app you have the option not to receive an alarm if your child has had an accident. If you check “All app alarms silent”, the alarm will no longer sound on the device you’re logged in with. Check the Dryly mobile app settings below to silence the app.

This'll come in handy if:

  • One of the parents works a night shift;
  • Your child goes for a sleepover with the Dryly® bedwetting alarm;
  • The parents are divorced.

Please note:

  • Adjusting this setting does not affect the settings of the account of, for example, your partner you invited to your household in the app.
  • It is not possible to use the app to turn off the alarm sound of the physical receiver.

Step-by-step plan:

To silence your Dryly app you need to go through the following steps:

  • Open the Dryly® app
  • Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  • Go to Settings
  • Go to “All app alarms silent?”

Do you (temporarily) not want to receive an alarm? Check the box so that it turns blue. Do you want to receive the alarm again? Uncheck it so it turns gray.

Remove child in the Dryly® app

In some cases you may want to remove your child from the Dryly® app. With a few clicks on the screen you can easily remove a child. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to remove a child from the Dryly app.

This'll come in handy if:

  • Your child no longer uses the Dryly® bedwetting alarm
  • An extra user was accidentally created

Pay attention:

  • By deleting a child, all history is lost and you can’t see statistics anymore.
  • Once you have deleted a child, you cannot undo it.

Step-by-step plan:

To remove a child from the Dryly app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Dryly® app
  2. Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Go to the heading ‘children’
  5. Press the child you want to remove
  6. Press ‘delete’.
  7. The child disappears from the list and has been removed

Changing a child's name in the Dryly® app

You may have accidentally typed your child’s name incorrectly when registering. This can be easily adjusted in the app. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to change a child’s settings.

This'll come in handy if:

  • There’s been a typo in the child’s name
  • You accidentally filled out the parent’s name

Pay attention:

  1. Open the Dryly® app
  2. Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  3. Go to ‘My kids’
  4. Select the child whose name you want to change
  5. Press ‘Change Name’.
  6. Enter the correct name
  7. Press ‘ok’
  8. You’ve successfully changed the child’s name

Change parent's name in the Dryly® app

It may happen that you accidentally typed your name incorrectly when registering. View the Dryly mobile app settings below to change a parent’s name in the Dryly® app.

This'll come in handy if:

  • You made a typo in your name
  • You accidentally entered your child’s name

Pay attention:

Step-by-step plan:

  1. Open the Dryly® app
  2. Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  3. Go to ‘My account’
  4. Select the first or last name you wish to change
  5. Enter the correct first or last name
  6. Press ‘Save’. (Minimize your keyboard if necessary to see the ‘Save’ button).
  7. Your first or last name has been changed.

Remove Receiver/Wizzu in the Dryly® app

Sometimes you may want to remove the receiver from the Dryly mobile app. View the Dryly mobile app settings below to remove the receiver from the Dryly® app.

This'll come in handy if:

  • You want to install the receiver on a new Wi-Fi network.
  • If you want to connect a new receiver to your child.

Pay attention:

  • By removing the receiver, you won’t get a message on your smartphone if your child has an accident. The receiver will still sound an alarm if your child has an accident and the receiver is switched on.

Step-by-step plan:

  1. Open the Dryly® app
  2. Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  3. Go to ‘My kids’
  4. Select the child whose name you want to change
  5. Press ‘Change Name’.
  6. Enter the correct name
  7. Press ‘ok’
  8. You’ve successfully changed the child’s name

Invite user in the Dryly® app

It is possible to (temporarily) give another parent, guardian or babysitter access to the Dryly® app. The new user will have insight into the dashboard and will receive the alarm on the Dryly® app in the event of an accident. Check out the Dryly mobile app settings below to invite a user into the Dryly® app.

This'll come in handy if:

  • Your child is sleeping somewhere else for the night
  • A babysitter is watching your child for the evening
  • Parents are divorced

Pay attention:

  • The invited user has full insight into the child’s dashboard.
  • Children from another family who are already on the account of the user who accepts the invitation will be deleted!
  • You can deny access in ‘Settings’ by setting the slider behind the name to grey.

This is how you do it:

This process involves two steps. You invite the new user from your logged in account. The user has to accept the invitation.

Step-by-step plan:

Send invitation

  1. Open the Dryly® app
  2. Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  3. Go to ‘Manage access’ and press ‘Invite parent’.
  4. Read the warning carefully and then press ‘Ok’.
  5. Enter name and email address
  6. Do you want to make the user administrator?
  7. Press ‘Send invitation’

Accept invitation

  1. Download the Dryly® app if you haven’t already done so
  2. Create an account
  3. On the phone with the Dryly® app, go to the invitation you received by email and press the link
  4. Press ‘Accept invitation’.
  5. Your phone asks you to open the Dryly® app. Press ‘Open’.
  6. Read the warning carefully before you press ‘Ok’. You can only have one family in the app. If you have already saved another child to this account, all this information will be lost.
  7. Press ‘Accept’.
  8. To check, you can go to “Watch Wizzu. If it went well, the child you accepted the invitation for will be listed here.

Change password in the Dryly® app

In the app we have made it possible to change the password of your Dryly® app account. Check the Dryly mobile app settings below to change the password in the Dryly® app.

This'll come in handy if:

  • You want to update your passwords

Pay attention:

  • Did you create an account via the Facebook function? Then it is not possible to change your password.
  • You cannot change the password of your Dryly® webshop account in the app. Do you want to restore your webshop account password.

Step-by-step plan:

  1. Open the Dryly® app
  2. Press the hamburger menu at the top left
  3. Go to ‘My account
  4. Click’Change Password’
  5. Enter the new password
  6. Click ‘ok’
  7. You have successfully changed your password

Giving Dryly® app permission in iOS for alarm/notifications

The Dryly® app is especially useful because you get a message on your phone as soon as an accident has occurred. It can sometimes happen that you accidentally set the Dryly® app not to send push notifications. Here we will show you how to fix this.

This'll come in handy if:

  • The receiver does go off and connect to the internet, but you do not receive a message on your phone.

Pay attention:

  • Make sure you didn’t simply set the alarm to ‘silent’ in the settings.

Step-by-step plan:

  1. Go to settings
  2. Press “Messaging”
  3. Find the Dryly® app in the list
  4. Select “Allow messaging”
