Returns:
After receipt, you have the right to return your unused purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
The panda toy & the underwear can only be returned unopened in the original packaging and unworn. Underwear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
You must pay the return costs. In case of an exchange, we will send you the replacements products free of charge.
Possible cause for returns:
Wrong size pants
Did you receive an order only to find out that the pants don’t fit properly? Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept worn pants. If the Dryly pants are unworn, please contact our customer service department. We will give you a return number and send you the right size as quickly as possible
Error in order received
Is there something not quite right in the order received? Do you have the wrong size Dryly pants or is something missing? We strive for perfection! Please contact us and we will be happy to help you. If we ask you to return something due to an error in handling, we will always reimburse the shipping costs.
Problem with the Dryly bedwetting alarm
We are proud of our bedwetting alarm and help children to become dry in a fun way. It is always possible that you have problems with a part of the bedwetting alarm. We are at your service from 10:00 until 18:00 to give you tips for a great experience. If we come to the conclusion that a part of the bedwetting alarm does not function within the warranty period, we will offer you an exchange. We would like to receive the defective part back so that we can learn to give future users an even better experience. We will reimburse the shipping costs.
