Shipping
After placing yourorder for the bedwetting alarm or other products at Dryly®, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order can be shipped to an address of your choice (home, work, etc.). It is not possible to have your order delivered to a pickup point. Your package will be delivered by a parcel carrier.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are €5,- for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders above €50,- in the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free. For all other European countries there is a standard shipping rate of €9,-.
Delivery times
Have you placed your order on Monday to Friday before 17.00 hours? Then it will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays). Shipping abroad may take longer. Orders in the Netherlands are shipped with DPD.

Track your order
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains a link to track your package. Didn't receive an email or can't track it? If so, please contact customer service.

I missed the delivery guy, what now?
No worries! This can happen, and the delivery service knows it. If you have entered specific delivery preferences with your delivery service, they will follow them. Is this not the case? Then they will most likely deliver your package to a pickup point near you. It is also possible they will deliver your package to your neighbors, or they might try to deliver it again the next day.
Do you see on your track & trace that the package is returned to us? Please contact our customer service, and we will gladly work with you to find a solution!
If you know you will not be home during the delivery time, we also recommend that you set your delivery preferences for our package via the track & trace.
