Legal warranty
All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Under the law, you are entitled to a good product. If a product fails, you are entitled to a repair, a new product or a refund of your money. All warranty terms mentioned on the website are the manufacturer's warranty or the vendor's warranty offered. These warranties do not affect the statutory warranty.

In this case, please contact us immediately. The best way to do this is via our contact form. We try to respond to your request within 2 working days. Our hardware (transmitter and receiver) has a 6-month manufacturer's warranty, for underwear we offer a 3-month manufacturer's warranty.
